A Day at Worlds of Fun

Austin and Mikayla spent Saturday at Worlds of Fun.
Mom said it was one day that they actually acted like they enjoyed
each others company the whole day long.
These smiles are really sweet!

Helping Out

Briley is watching over Beckett to be sure
he is happy and his needs are met.

much grandma loves sunflowers!

Fishing With Papa

Austin went fishing with papa at Pomme de Terre over the weekend.
Not sure who is prouder of the catch, him or papa.
 

Mom Is Back to Work

Today is my first all day at grandma's house.  Mom and dad are back
to work so I will visit 3 days a week.
Looks like I am doing pretty well don't you think?

A happy smile means something is going well.

I have a new friend Briley to look out after me.

A Weekend at the Lake with Austin & Mikayla

We spent Saturday  at the lake with Austin & Mikayla.  This was Austin's first ride in a fast boat.  His eyes were so big you would think they were about to pop.

Everyone enjoyed the water.

Then it was time to drop a line in the water...

Austin fished between papa and dada...

Adam was at the back of the boat.  This time he wasn't sleeping as he had been
known to do in the past.  (but that was in his younger days)

Mikayla spent that time taking a breather.  That is her under the towel.

Then it was time to enjoy some of the 4th of July fireworks.

There was a family of foxes that visited quite regularly that kept
everyone's attention.  They would come up to the back of the cabin and
munch on leftovers.

On Sunday it was time to pack up and head for home.

We all had a GREAT time.  Thanks for letting us
spend time with you.
