First Day of School Woodland Trails 2019-2020

It's that time again...

Dad is taking them for the first day...

In a Jeep (just like Uncle Aaron's).  It is a loaner while dad's is in the

shop, but none the less it is so cool!

Soccer, Soccer, Football, Soccer Saturday

Beckett was the first on the schedule today.

Then Tucker.  This is his very first game ever.

Needless to say he was excited.

Then it was onto Weston's flag football and

later Jack's soccer game.

Jack scored a goal.  We were shocked.  Did Jack do that?

Well, yes he did.  Now can he live up to that first game?

Momma's boys.  So PROUD of them!

He has been talking about changing from soccer to

flag football for awhile and now it's a reality.

Next Saturday will be the first game.

Bring it on!

It's time to bring out the cowboy again.

Time With Austin & Kayla 8-19-19

We took in a movie -- The Art of Racing in the Rain

Kayla has her very own piano now. She is sooooo excited!

Lake Time

Camp Jacomo had a full session this week so

Austin & Mikayla joined us at the lake for a couple of days.

Papa instructed Austin how to work the tractor to help remove 

a rake from the truck.

He did a good job.

We spent sometime at the waters edge.

Mikayla wasn't too excited about getting in.

With all the flooding it left behind some rather

ugly sediment.

Of course, Austin tried his hand at fishing.

Papa joined us to check things out.

The next day we were going to take the boat out but it was extremely

hot and the lake showing whitecaps.

They tried their hands at skipping rocks.  Guess Austin is pleased

with his throw.  The beach was closed so we made the best of what we had.
