James A Reed Fishing

We made several trips to James A Reed

this summer.  This was just after lacrosse

camp.  Both are sporting their camp

shirts.

Lacrosse Camp

Both Austin and Mikayla went to lacrosse camp this year

Mikayla wasn't sure she would like it...

But she DID!

Austin, of course, being Austin loved it.

This is all the girls wear.  A steel eye guard

and a mouth piece.

While the boys have shoulder pads, arm pads and a 

cage helmet.  

On the last day they played games and (even though they don't like

each other sometimes) you can see they are side by side.

Can't wait to see what the season brings.

Grandma Afternoon

After Beckett & Weston's tennis lesson they came to grandma's house.

They pulled out the pop-up houses and tunnel.  Beckett is in the tunnel.

Weston has filled his tent with all the pillows and

soft blankets he can find to make his a fluffy bed.

We took a break and went to the movies.

Beckett is rocking his recliner...

And Tucker is ready for the show.

We saw the Life of Pets 2.

There is always a little time for a screen.

While the other 2 are safe and comfy in their fluff.

Swimfest 2019

Today is the day Beckett and Weston show off

their swimming skills for the meet.  Tucker is 

always their biggest fan.

Weston is getting his body ready to

rock the waves.

What a professional.  Grandma only got to watch him 

swim and then onto Kayla's volleyball game.

I know you will do great and so will Weston.

4th at the Lake

There was a tree stump outside the lake house that

Austin was intent on removing.  He worked and worked

with his hatched and finally got it out.

Since she didn't get to set off many fireworks at home Kayla

made quick work of some snakes.

Every boy has to stoke the fire just because.

We enjoyed another spectacular fireworks display by the 

neighborhood clan.

A perfect end to a perfect holiday.

4th of July

Austin is trying to get a little fireworks in

between the rain today.

Kayla will not be left behind.

We spent most of the time in the garage...

because as you can see the rain came down...

and down.  It was nice to visit with everybody anyway.

Mikayla's First Piano Lesson 7-3-19

Mikayla has expressed an interest in playing the piano for sometime.

Today is her first lesson and she is soooooo excited.

She did a great job!
