Austin's Grandma Day

Austin was out of school for teachers conference today.  We asked
Weston if he would like to join us at X-treme Gymnastics but found
that only under 6 years old could attend.  Everyone was quite
disappointed but went with plan B (Paradise Park).
Weston and Mikayla built a house in the play room.
We went to story time and then did crafts.
The craft today was to make a tree person.  They colored their
trees then added crinkled arms and legs.
They turned out quite good.  I failed to continue pictures but
they cooked, dug in the sand, fished, climbed and had a good time.
Then it was off to Chick fil a.
We left Weston so he could take his afternoon nap, but we
ventured onto the movies to see Monsters Inc.
Mom was there to pick them up when we got back.
Thanks for spending special time with us.
Love you to the moon and back!

Beckett Being Happy

Beckett is sporting his Halloween shirt.  His
smile is almost as big as the one on the shirt.
Learning how new things go round
and make good noises.

Jack's Last Soccer Game Fall 2013

Waiting for Jack to go in for his soccer game, Weston
and mom try their hand at soccer.
Jack is in the game.  He told mom he would
make a goal this week, and maybe two.
Fighting for the ball!
He made his goal for mom and was sooooo proud!
Great season Jack, keep up the good work!
Weston and papa had some fun on the sidelines.
Sure going to miss our Saturday outings.
Till next season!

Boo at the Zoo

Austin was quite proud of his vampire costume this year!
Mikayla was a Monster High girl!

Jackson's Grandma Day

Jack's grandma day started out at her house with
Briley.  We played for about an hour then it was time to
start our adventure.
Off to Xtreme Gymnastics we went.
Running and jumping in the foam squares was a great treat...
As well as, showing my running skills.
Then it was back to the house
so Briley's mom could pick her up.
We grabbed the ball roll so Jack could show
Briley how to use it.
After she left off to the book store in downtown Lee's
Summit to visit the trains the it was off to
Paradise Park for the rest of the afternoon.
Sorry, I didn't take the camera there but know that
a good time was had by all.
Thanks for the awesome day Jackson!
Love you to the moon and back

Austin and Mikayla Spend Out of School Day at Grandma & Papa's

Austin was off school today.
When the arrived at grandma's they were interested in the
pretty flowers and wanted to check them out.
Isn't this one pretty?
Yes, they had to pick one.
Then it was off to Xtreme gymnastics.  The foam squares provided
to be a challenge for Mikayla.
But nothing she couldn't get thru.
Austin was showing his skills on the bar.
Upside down is his new favorite position.
Back to grandma's and there was face painting.
For Mikayla, it was hand painting.
Off to Hartman park to explore the park.
They brought their scooters to test their skills.
We always have to check out the creek.
Austin caught a frog for both of them.
We had a awesome day and both were ready for a good night rest.
Love you to the moon and back!

Weston's Grandma Day

Weston wanted to spend a day with grandma, so first we
went to the library.  They were having story time so after he
picked out 15 books we joined them.  The color of the
day was black and the letter was "D".  We didn't stay for
the movie.  (WE HAD BIGGER THINGS TO DO!)
We headed off to Paradise Park.
Since it was just Weston and grandma, he got to choose where we
went and how long we stayed.  We did go to story time here also.
He made a firetruck and the cooking was a campfire.
After having his favorite lunch of hot dog and french
fries, we headed back to grandma's for the afternoon NAP!
Next it was time for some play time.  He pulled out the train track
and off he went into one of his favorite places of make believe.
On our way home we stopped at Big Lots and found a toy like
Austin had the Sunday before and then on home to share
his exciting day with the rest of the family.
Thanks for a GREAT TIME Weston!
Love you to the moon and back!

Ok, the candles are lit...

Now Enjoy!

Then it was off to get a quick bath before bedtime.
We can't leave little Mister Beckett out.
He would not have survived the full tub above.
Hope you enjoy your special day Aaron.
Love to all.
