Papa and grandma are getting ready to go to
Biloxi today and the suitcase looked very inviting.
So Beckett had to try it out.

Austin's Playing Basketball

Basketball season has begun and Austin's team
has played 3 games thus far.  

The action on the court is beginning to look
like more of a game.

Here he is using some of his guarding skills.

This little boy he is going to guard is pretty fast and
before the play started Austin did circles around him
over and over.  Guess he was trying to psych him out!

Little Miss Mikayla was happy to wear her new Minion hat!

This is the newest rage for them.  One of those
GOTTA HAVE IT at their school.

A Day With Grandma

It was actually warm enough to play outside today.
Mikayla and I went for a walk, played with chalk, played
pirates on a hunt for treasure and used the swings.
Not too bad for January 20th.

Look out dad and uncle Aaron.  He is already
pretty good at 6!

Austin had a really good day playing with Mikayla.  He really tried to
get her to stay with dad at home but it didn't work.
He helped papa put together a picture frame for his poster, built a cardboard
person, played some on the X-box and as you can see practiced his
trumpet skills.

Happy Birthday Adam

We celebrated Adam's birthday Saturday with fajitas and
Dairy Queen cake.  The candles are lit and everyone is read to...

Weston Has a Grandma Day

Friday Weston came to grandma's house to spend time with us.
We went to the library and got 18 books then headed off
to X-treme Gymnastics.  I forgot to take the regular camera
and he was too fast for the cell camera.

He had a great time on the track...up and back
up and back many, many times.

Beckett was happy just to watch all the action around him.

 

Give him a couple of months and he will be very excited.
Then it was home for lunch and naps.

We joined them for supper at Dickey's Bar-B-Q.
Delicious!

And Weston has had about all he can take of a good day.
It's time to head for home and some good sleep.
