A Day With Austin & Mikayla

Austin had been asking to spend the night. Last Thursday was date night for mom and dad so both he and Mikayla stayed the night and spent Friday with papa and grandma.

Mikayla was very intent on hers also.
Later that morning we all went to X-treme Gymnastics for a couple of hours.  There weren't very many kids there so Austin got to climb the big sliding mountain many, many times.  Kayla did a lot of bouncing, running and other activities.  Unfortunately, I forget to take the camera.  But, know they had a lot of fun.

Later, we got out the water balloon jug and filled a few balloons but it was more fun to just use the bottle as a water gun.

There is nothing like eating spoonfuls of Cool Whip.

Austin got out the guitar to play a song. 

Or course, Mikayla is not to be left out.  Notice the tattoos on her leg.  She was a true rocker.

All in all it was a pretty good day.  Thanks for spending time with us.
