A Day With Austin & Mikayla

Thursday night Adam and Michelle had plans to go to the dinner theater. Michelle had some errands in town so the kids came by to spend some time with papa and grandma.

Austin is checking out the giant leaves on papa's tree.

And then topless Mikayla joins him to see what it is all about.  We won't tell papa but they both picked a leaf and played fan with it.  It is probably OK since papa later cut the lower hanging branches off anyway.

Another SNACK.

We filled water balloons and had water fights with the hose and water guns.   Austin wasn't very nice when he wasn't winning.  

To the back yard for some fun.  They filled buckets with sand and poured it down the slide.

Going down the right way was boring so backwards was the only choice.

Later, papa had a casino game running on the IPAD and both joined
 in the fun. 

Since mom and dad would be getting home late and dad was off to Oklahoma early the next day they had a sleep over.  Thanks for spending the day with us.
